Unwind Your Mind is a half-day silent mindfulness retreat designed for young adults ages 18–40 who are ready to step out of the busyness and back into themselves. Through guided meditation, somatic awareness practices, and the nourishing simplicity of shared silence, you'll have space to breathe, soften, and reconnect with what's underneath the noise.
No experience necessary — just a willingness to show up and be still.
This retreat is facilitated by Danielle Nicholas, a long-time Montana Mindfulness Project teacher and Somatic Experiencing training practitioner. Danielle brings a grounded, compassionate presence to her teaching, holding space for each participant to move at their own pace.
