Thresholds: A Grief Tending Circle

Grief is a sacred emotion, a testament to the depth of our love. In this ceremony, we will gather in community to honor and tend to grief with presence, reverence, and compassion.

A flower petal spiral altar will hold the space as we journey together. I’ll share insights and learnings around grief, followed by collective reflection and discussion. Through a somatic body scan, we’ll explore how grief lives within our own bodies. A gentle eye-gazing ritual will invite us to witness one another, while an offering bowl will give us space to symbolically pour our grief into release.

We’ll close with a sound activation/bath, softening fear and opening to the medicine of vibration.

This gathering is an invitation to step across the threshold of grief together, not to fix or erase it, but to honor it as love made visible.
