At the threshold of the Autumn Equinox, we arrive in the sacred pause, a moment of balance where light and dark meet as equals. This is the turning point, inviting us to honor what the light has ripened and to surrender what is ready to rest in the fertile dark.

In this ceremony, we will journey toward the within through ritual, movement, and sound. We will receive Heaven Within Flower Essence — a red and white hollyhock heart medicine inviting the merging of Earth and Spirit within us. We will honor bear and owl medicine, guides of the inward path and dreamtime wisdom. Through a ritual of release and invocation, we will recognize what we carry forward and what we lay down. Together we will embody the balance of the season through movement and breath, and journey into the Dream Lodge to tend our inner landscapes. We will complete with a sound immersion, sealing harmony and coherence to carry us into the darker months.
