S Factor is built on a simple premise: for most women, a lifetime has been spent learning to move for the benefit of others. To shrink, to hold, to perform, and to please. This practice offers a different path, utilizing fitness, dance, and embodiment work to return women to their own bodies, not as objects for display, but as instruments for genuine feeling and expression.
Here, you will find no mirrors to perform in front of and no choreography to memorize. Instead, S Factor embraces fluid, flowing movement that undulates, circles, and connects the body from one part to the next, helping you discover a way of moving that belongs completely to you. This is movement functioning as language, as permission, and as a homecoming.
Guided by Sadie Bachman, this practice operates with the understanding that sensuality does not need to be performed or added on. It is already there, frequently buried under years of self-consciousness and holding. S Factor provides the space for that latent aliveness to resurface—not for an audience, but solely for yourself.
You can expect to sweat, and you can expect to feel awkward before finding your freedom. Somewhere in the midst of it, expect to remember something about your own body that you had forgotten you ever knew.
No prior dance experience is required. Come exactly as you are, in whatever body you bring today.
