Each session begins with a moment to land in our bodies and the space together. From here, we will explore your intention for our time together to ground in what matters most to you and where you’d like partnership in that moment. A majority of our time will be in the dance of coaching, where through compassionate curiosity, we will explore, unpack, play with, embody, honor, feel into, celebrate, loosen discern and open up to what is emerging around your intention. Through an emergent, integrative style of coaching, we will follow the flow of what shows up in relation to your intention. Each session will naturally unfold, meeting what arises as it unfurls into insight and truth vs being directed towards some end. This allows for deeper insights to come through that are authentic to you. Coaching allows you to illuminate that which cannot be seen alone. It provides a space to be with the unfolding transformation that is blossoming within and around you, at your pace, in your way. It challenges from a place of love, while always trusting you to know what is best for you on this journey of life.

We will end the session with a discernment practice, inviting you to feel into what was most impactful for you and acknowledging what’s here or what’s been discovered that wasn’t here when we began. We will then create an inspired action this wisdom that emerged. As we conclude, we will honor our time together, bringing the container to a close before we transition back into the world.
