What if receiving pleasure wasn’t something you had to earn, work for, or make happen—but something you could learn to become more present for?
So many of us are practiced at giving, doing, caring for others, and keeping everything moving. But when it comes to receiving, slowing down, or allowing ourselves to feel pleasure without needing to accomplish anything, we may discover there’s a little more to explore.
Join us for an afternoon of cacao, movement, sensual exploration, and connection as we practice the art of receiving.
We’ll begin by dancing into circle and sharing cacao as we explore our sensual desires, fears, and boundaries. From there, we’ll introduce the Three Keys of Tantra—Breath, Sound, and Movement—and experience how these simple yet powerful practices can help us connect with our bodies, awaken sensation, and move energy.
Through a guided solo sensory receiving practice, you’ll have space to slow down, notice what you feel, and explore what it means to receive without needing to perform, please, or get it right.
This is an invitation to become curious about your body, your desires, and your capacity for pleasure. You don’t need any experience with Tantra or embodiment practices. Come as you are, participate at your own pace, and discover what becomes possible when you give yourself permission to receive.
In this three-hour experience, we’ll explore:
Cacao, connection, and sharing our sensual desires, fears, and boundaries
The Three Keys of Tantra: Breath, Sound, and Movement
Embodied practices for awakening sensation and moving energy
Sensory receiving as a practice of presence, curiosity, and pleasure
Integration and reflection in a supportive circle of women
You don’t have to make anything happen. You don’t have to be a certain way. You’re simply invited to show up, tune in, and explore.
Come reconnect with your body. Make room for pleasure. Practice receiving.
Space is intentionally limited to create an intimate, connected container for this work.
