Thresholds: Grief Tending Circle

Grief is a sacred expression of love. In this ceremony, we’ll gather in community to honor grief with presence and compassion. Guided practices include a flower petal altar, somatic body scan, eye-gazing, and symbolic release into an offering bowl. We’ll close with a sound bath, softening fear and opening to the medicine of vibration.

This gathering is an invitation to step across the threshold of grief together, not to fix or erase it, but to honor it as love made visible.

Practitioner: Jayda Wolter
