Stretch and Sound with Nadia and Ally

A slow flow practice with live sound

Certain kinds of tension cannot be shifted by effort alone; they dissolve only with time and invitation.

Led by guest facilitator Nadia Barzinpour, this slow flow practice offers movement unhurried enough to soften the body and gently downshift the nervous system. Throughout the session, Ally provides a soothing live soundscape that resonates within the space, reaching deep into muscle and breath in ways that movement by itself cannot achieve.

Prepare for strength held in slowness, with breath serving as the steady throughline. Infused with touchstones of philosophy and mantra, this practice creates the necessary space to truly occupy the body rather than merely perform in it. By combining deliberate flow with live sound, it invites a complete unwinding, allowing the mind, body, and soul to settle into a synchronized rhythm of slowing down.

Meet nadia

Nadia has spent years teaching yoga as a doorway into deeper awareness, in the body and the mind both. Her classes move slow and strong at once: slinky, breath-led, occasionally mantra and philosophy infused, always in service of presence over performance. She brings a playfulness to the practice too, an invitation to reconnect with yourself without so much seriousness about it.

Her intention for every class is simple: insight, strength, and compassion, cultivated on the mat and carried off it.

All levels welcome
