Grace of Being: Breath, Yoga and Sound Journey with Eric and Ally Leadbetter

You have softened your hard truths and filed down your edges, shifting your shape to fit the demands of the world. It happens slowly. Most of us do not notice we are doing it.

The Grace of Being is an invitation to descend into the present moment, meeting you in whatever state the season has carved. It is a return to your original ground, where the urge to perform or expand falls away, leaving only the quiet truth that you require no further revision.

Siblings Ally and Eric Leadbetter come together in a three-part offering.

Ally opens with breathwork, a guided journey into the body's own rhythm, clearing what has accumulated. From there, Eric takes the room into movement, drawing on his years of yoga practice to lead the body through its own release, shaking free what breath has loosened. Finally, Ally and Eric collaborate in sound: the entire evening tuned to 432hz, with gongs, guitar, bowls, and voice woven together into a shared field of deep receptivity.

Three movements. Two practitioners. One room, held.

You leave with the perspective to recognize your own wholeness, and the discovery that what is there requires no further adjustment.

You do not need to arrive prepared. You only need to arrive.

What to bring: comfortable clothes for movement and lying down, and an open heart.
