These one-on-one embodiment sessions with Kendra Eyman offer space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the intelligence of your body.
Created for artists, caregivers, leaders, and those navigating seasons of change, this work supports you in returning to a grounded sense of inner steadiness and self-trust.
When life feels full or fast-paced, we often move from the mind alone. In these sessions, we shift attention gently back to the body — through breath awareness, sensation tracking, and subtle intuitive movement — allowing insight and clarity to arise from within.
Rather than pushing for answers, this work invites a deeper relationship with your own embodied knowing.
These sessions may feel supportive if you are:
moving through personal or creative transition
holding space for others and seeking space for yourself
feeling disconnected from your body or inner direction
longing to move forward with greater clarity and confidence
Each session unfolds at a natural pace, guided by your comfort and consent. There is no agenda to fix, diagnose, or analyze — only an invitation to notice, feel, and reconnect.
Together, we cultivate greater presence, embodied awareness, and the capacity to meet your life with steadiness and authenticity.
